Cupid’s arrow hit the wrong place at the wrong time, it seems, as this scorned husband had his heart broken on the worst possible holiday. What exactly happened? Valentine’s Day proved to be extra-bitter for this husband who caught his wife with another man.
Footage of the incident was captured by a netizen named Emelyn Qualquira Lingahan who then uploaded the nearly 3-minute long clip to Facebook.

According to Emelyn’s caption, the scorned husband caught his cheating wife with her lover at a hotel. Unsurprisingly, the husband and his wife’s lover came to blows and their fistfight spilled all the way out to the streets, where the squabble was eventually documented.

Cheating is more common that most people would like to admit. While we’d all like to believe that our partners are loyal, the numbers tell a different tale.
According to a report by the Independent released a day before Valentine’s Day, Florida State University has determined a few key predictors for infidelity. They conducted a three-year study involving 233 newlywed couples that made a startling discovery.
It turns out that s3xually satisfied partners are actually more likely to cheat on their respective spouses. The study chalks it up to them feeling “more positive about sex in general.”
The study also claims that “less-attractive” women are more likely to cheat. The inverse was true in the case of men, who cheated more often if their partner was less attractive.
Two key predictors that the study placed the most importance on were ‘attentional disengagement’ and ‘evaluative devaluation’.
According to the Independent:
“Those with higher levels of attentional disengagement (avoiding thinking about a potential romantic partner’s attractiveness) and evaluative devaluation (downplaying the potential partner’s attractiveness in their mind) were less likely to cheat.”
