A concerned Mother immediately asked her child what happened and her heart broke when she saw the little girl cry. The young mother called the school to ask what may have caused the severe injury to appear on her daughter. But the response she received was surprise as the people she spoke to were apparently clueless.
They went to the hospital to have it checked and even the doctor was shocked to see something that bad on her daughter’s ear. It was diagnosed as a “form of traumatic bruising that was caused by the exertion of great intentional force.” Knowing that this couldn’t have happened at home, the outraged mother demanded answers from the school.
The principal was firm in his belief that none of his teachers could have done it, even after the young child identified the specific teacher who hurt her. Even the police investigation, which was very important, was being processed very slowly and they wouldn’t allow Claudia to view the CCTV footage.
Claudia became helpless and she didn’t know what else to do to save her child from suffering this abuse. This is because her family was hit by a financial crisis after her husband had a stroke and now both the mother and her daughter are experiencing mental health issues because of everything that’s happened.
Nothing about this story is acceptable and we hope that this family would be given the justice they deserve.
