Mary Grace Garganta, the complainant, narrated that she saw her husband’s underwear with discharge on it. She then confronted her partner about it, to which the latter admitted that he indeed engaged in relations with another woman. The studio then called Mary Grace’s husband, Richard Garganta, with Raffy immediately asking if his wife’s claim was true. The husband explained:
“‘Yung babae, may nangyari sa ‘min, pero di ko naman sinasabing magsasama kami. Inaamin ko, pero di ko sinasabing magsasama kaming dalawa.”
Mary Grace, who was seen holding back her tears, said that she wanted to teach her unfaithful husband and his alleged mistress, Irene Fuentes, a lesson. However, the mistress repeatedly denied the accusation even though Richard already admitted to his infidelity. What’s worse was Irene was a married person as well.
Amid Irene’s constant denial, Mary Grace was seen scoffing and calling her a liar. The former also claimed that she and Richard were just “friends.” Richard, who was still on the other end of the phone line, was asked by Raffy again to confirm their illicit deed. The husband claimed that they did it in a hotel somewhere in Masbate City, leaving Irene no other choice but to admit her wrongdoing.
