HULI SA CAMERA ANG PAPANAKIT NG ISANG BABYSITTER SA KANYANG ALAGA NA 8 LINGGO LAMANG.

It was nothing but a nightmare for the family who lives in Phy Ly, Na Ham, Vietnam after they caught their nanny maltreating an eight-week-old baby. Ngoc Phuong and her husband decided to install security cameras in their home just to monitor the situation of their beloved infant daughter whenever they are not around. She is usually left under the care of her Vietnamese babysitter.
The 51-year-old Vietnamese babysitter who was identified as Nguyen Thi Han was caught constantly hitting an infant as an attempt to make her stop crying. As soon as the parents discovered the nanny’s ruthless gesture, they immediately contacted the authorities.

Prior to the awful event, the parents noticed their daughter’s face which appeared oddly red. Thus, it prompted them to install security cameras in their home. According to reports, the Vietnamese babysitter was hired two months before they found out her terrible behavior.
In the video posted by the baby’s mother, Han was spotted hitting the terrified infant on her body, slapping her little face, and worse, repeatedly throwing her into the air. The immoral nanny even held the baby then cruelly punched her head.
Lieutenant Colonel Le Duc Tung, chief of police in Phu Ly, made an immediate action and later confirmed that the Vietnamese babysitter was already in police custody.

In the Philippines, children are protected by the Republic act no. 7610 which is also known as Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act. Those who will be proven guilty disobeying the law will obtain a penalty of six years and one day to twelve years of imprisonment.
Vietnam, on the other hand, holds up to 4,000 cases of reported violence against children according to the study conducted by the World Vision Vietnam.
Although it’s unfortunate to hear some parents who have no choice but to leave their baby in the hands of strangers, we couldn’t judge them as they probably need to work hard to provide the needs of their family.
