All sorts of people ask Raffy Tulfo for help. Usually, individuals or couples with personal problems go to the broadcaster’s program, “Raffy Tulfo in Action”. However, in this story’s case, we have four women who are in a strange yet troubling problem.
In one of the latest episodes of the mentioned radio program, Tulfo met four women who approached him after their faces have been unknowingly printed on a tarpaulin.
The video segment was uploaded to the program’s official Facebook page, where it has received 480,000 views as of this writing.
The tarpaulin tagged them all as “mangungutangs.” The exact words on it read:
BABALA: Mag-ingat sa mga taong ito
Magaling mangutang hindi marunong magbayad,
pagmasdan nyo
Baka kayo ang sumunod na biktimahin.
When the broadcaster saw the tarpaulin, he immediately laughed on-air. But he asked the women, “Sino pong naglagay ng tarpaulin na ‘yan?”
“Yung mga Delos Santos po,” one of them answered.
Raffy Tulfo asked.
They didn’t deny it and one of them said, “Totoo naman ‘yun, ‘di naman po namin kinakaila.”
“Okay. Patanggal natin,” Tulfo clarified.
The woman who previously answered him confirmed this and said that their children were being traumatized by the tarpaulin.
Tulfo then assured them that nothing bad will happen since they are not necessarily tagged as evil persons. Instead, they are tagged as “mangungutangs.”
‘Yun ‘yong mensahe,” he explained and then proceeded to laugh.
The woman who answered cannot help but laugh as well.
“Yun ang parang pinaka-mensahe, parang ‘wag na kayong pautangin,” Raffy Tulfo continued after a few seconds.
He also called the one who originally thought of pasting the women’s faces in the tarpaulin, Ferdinand Benedicto. The broadcaster asked him if the women have not yet paid their debts.
“Hindi pa po!” Benedicto replied on the other line.
The women, at this point, kept quiet.
